The "Gag Tag Showdown" Meme

Congratulations, it's gag tag week! Are you up to the challenge?
How it works:
1. Start a thread, tag as usual.
2. When inspiration strikes, sneak in with a gag tag.
3. If you get caught, you have to play out the new/crack scenario no matter how cracktastic it is!
4. Or you can not! And just keep sniping one another with more gags.
5. The goal is to make your opponent laugh so hard they cry.
6. ...But not too hard.
7. Serious, crack, or an eclectic combination of the two? The choice is yours.
8. Please remember: titans don't care about no 'taters.
9. Good luck. We're keeping score.
10. PSA: Don't eat and drink and gag at the same time.
Asbel Lhant | Tales of Graces
Hard to believe today's the day, huh?
[Seemingly out of place in a black tuxedo, Asbel offers an awkward smile, one that suggests fidgety nerves and an impulse to break away from all this and just...be. Frederic had gone out shopping with him for the suit, and even the Captain had helped with some "man-to-man advice" and selecting a cologne. But at least he can say he managed the tie all by himself! He gives it a tug just to be sure.]
[B.]
'But before he knew it, Princess Cynthia had already taken up the crystal chalice in both hands and began running for the staircase. Her feet... carried her as fast as they could, while the giant... roared and... screamed...'
[Asbel props the open book against his knee, covering a yawn with one hand. Storytime somehow fell to him tonight, and though he didn't mind, he had to admit that he wished he had enough energy to dash up and down spiral staircases. He glances over at his charge, wondering if maybe he can get away with skipping the ending just this once.]
[C.]
Come on... Is that really necessary?
[He sounds more irritated than angry, like a parent lecturing a small child. But with his hands full, Asbel can't do much more than cast an unamused glance over one shoulder and issue this complaint.]
[D.]
[Flashback to his earlier Knight Academy days. For some reason, Asbel'd gotten the bright idea to scale the castle walls to prove his superiority as a fledgling cadet. While the stonework on the main structure had proven too heavily guarded and much too hard to get a decent handhold, Asbel had managed to discover the gardens. Maybe it'd have been better if he didn't, though.]
Grr! [Asbel tugs his sleeve back, trying to support his weight with his remaining arm and feet so he won't go crashing into the shrubbery below. Said sleeve has been expertly tangled up in one of the royal rose bushes, and it's only a matter of time before some gardener or noble wanders by.]
...ngh! Come on, you! Major Victoria's gonna make me clean the latrine again if you don't hurry and knock it off.
[F.]
[It'd only been a few weeks since things had more or less returned to normal. There was much work to be done in Lhant, just as there was across the globe. And so Asbel and his friends had parted ways. Hubert back to Strahta, Pascal and the Captain to Fendel, Cheria to helm her relief organization, and Richard back to Barona. Sophie, naturally, had returned with him to Lhant; he couldn't remember seeing his mother so pleased to have company.]
[A lord's job was shaping up quickly to be one of town meetings, signing paperwork, and just being available to lend a hand or an honest opinion. So in the end, it wasn't until today that Asbel had any free time in his schedule. But since he did, he thought he'd visit Lhant Hill.]
[As always, the weather is mild and a bit on the breezy side. Flowers sways lazily in the wind and butterflies and the occasional small creature flit or scamper among them.]
[Asbel lays sprawled out beneath the towering tree, one arm flung over his eyes, taking in everything he can't see, but can otherwise hear and feel and breathe.]
