[Lucy is wandering the study, wringing her hands. There's a notebook and folder half hidden on the desk--hers, though she kind of wants to pick open the drawers on said furnishing for more information.]
[All the evidence points to the fact her instincts were right: there's more to Bruce than she knows. More than he's telling. It's distressing to her, even as she holds out hope it's something better than the typical swinging double lives of most of the wealthy of Gotham. She would probably take him being a kingpin over having a mistress.]
[That's why she's latched on to this idea--no, it's so silly. He can't be... can he?]
[Is that him in the hall? Can she really go through with this? Ask him? She needs to know.]
Bruce?
[She raises her voice nervously, calling out.]
